Talisman's business philosophy is to continue the tradition of the Madini family, which is firmly rooted in the spiritual tradition of Islamic perfumery. As such, we intend to preserve the art of perfumery and return it to its original intended purpose. We do not make any specific claims as to the spiritual or health benefits of the fragrances, due to the complexity of these areas of human life. Yet they are intended to be of benefit if used in an informed way and with the proper attitude. Along with supplying these essences, we also work to educate and engage our customers in the tradition they are part of.

Returns: We would be happy to exchange any fragrance you are not completely satisfied with (excluding international orders). It is our intention to help you find the essences that are right for you. Please note, samples cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping: Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. All domestic orders are shipped US Priority mail with confirmation. International orders are shipped USPS First Class International Mail.

Backorders: You will be notified if any of the oils you ordered are currently out of stock. We issue credit for prepaid items (check, Money order etc..). Please reorder out-of-stock items at a future date.

Privacy: All payment/billing information is deleted from our server after processing. We use the latest 128 bit encrypting technology to protect from unauthorized access. We never share any information about our customers email, telephone number, or address. Our customers records are kept private!
